Tangled Blu-ray stays on the Walt Disney Screen and I cannot fast forward?

I called samsung per the walt disney site. Apparently there is a new update on fimware but it hasnt been uploaded completely yet on samsung blu ray players so if u go to see if u have an update it will say there are none (it was just released in march). If u call samsung directly they can mail u a free disk with the update or walk u thru to download it from the internet via a usb flash drive and then plug that in ur blu ray player. Hope this helps!
