Stokes Theorem Problem - Multivariable Calculus?

Use Stoke's Theorem to evaluate the line integral over the boudary C which is the part of the paraboloid z=1-x^2-y^2 that lies in the first octant. F(x,y,z) = (x,y,x^2+y^2)
