What skills should my cv have for a train conductor job FSR?

Hi, i have applied a few times to fist scotrail for jobs such as conductor but was told that each job they look for certain skills within the applicants who apply, im just re doing my cv and wonder what skills should i be putting in there that they really look for? im 19 years old nearly 20 and have 3 years customer facing experience and till work.
