Mom is in horrible pain what could be wrong? please help?

so friday night my mom slipped when she got out off the bath tub and cut her arm open throught the muscle and to thw bone. she went to the hospital got stiches. she said nothing really hurt because she had an adrenlyn rush. then about 12 hours later she said her addrenly rush stopped and now eveything hurts. she said she can barely swallow. she can't walk her leg turns out (she thinks she might hav a broken hip) she always feels faint when she gets up. she said 1 of her legs fells numb. what could be wrong? and what should we do?
