It doesn't mean he hates you. He's just moved on. There are other guys out there that you will be happy with as well, and develope a good relationship with. I suggest you move on as well. You have not failed in any way what so ever. It's just hard to keep in touch long distance anyway, be it great neighbors, friends, even some family members.
