Is Hugo Chavez trying to buy other latin american presidents in order to reach his "socialist revolution"?

Presidents from Bolivia, Ecuador, for example, are talking about this "reform" and Chavez is behind them (as he was in their presidential campaignes,using oil money called "petrodollars", to finance them. What about the money they found in its way to Argentina (to finance another presidential campaign?)
