What is the name of this movie or program?

I believe this is a 90's or late 80's movie or three part series or something. It deals with a genie making wishes. It involves chomping teeth that are evil. I believe there is an evil monkey, and at the end there is this guy who says "make me an offer". Does anyone remember of watching something similar to this. I really can't remember what it's called.
