Is Harold Camping really a prophet?

Well, Harold is a self-proclaimed Prophet if that helps. Is he a REAL Prophet? I'd say not, he has predicted the Rapture twice already and of course, has been wrong both times. He also recently suffered a stroke which means he didn't see that coming either. Poor sap.
