Should i forgive my boyfriend?

He ruined my Easter yesterday! We went out for a night of partying with some friends, had some drinks...etc the night before Easter. Then Easter morning we woke up and had plans to go to church then out to breakfast with my family. As soon as he woke up that morning he was in a bad mood, (hangover?) which is understandable. but then he puts on an Ecko Tshirt, jean shorts and air force 1's for church!!! i made him change into a collered shirt at LEAST. i didnt want his attitude to come out if i asked him to change his shoes or shorts....so he went like that..when we met my mom, her bf and my sister and her fiance, we walked to the church service since they live so close...the next thing i know i look behind me and my bf is like a mile behind everyone..walkin slowwww and just acting like he doesnt care! so i ignore him all the way to church and thru the service and on the way back he does the same thing! my mom said lets stop and wait cuz we could barely see him he was so far...then we see him bending over and cant make out what he was doing...when we finally get back to the house and he catches up, he comes up to my mom and says "i need water" but not in a nice way...he told me he threw up. but i dont really believe him cuz he exaggerates everythingggg! and i mean everything.so then we went to breakfast...well iguess it was lunch..and he refused to eat because he didnt want the food we were having...if he wasnt being so rude he might have had a say in where we went!!!!..so we've been fighting non stop since then and i told him i wanted to leave. so when i woke up this morning i saw a note and an easter card ( a little late lol) i texted him at work and said a stupid card isnt gona fix anything...u hurt me and disrespected my family. His response was that he bought the card before our fight it wasnt just to suck up....but then i found the receipt in the trash can. the date was yesterday and the time on it was AFTER, way after the fight. so he lied and all he had to say about that was "you caught me, but i didnt get it to make up i got it cuz i wanted to get you a card" ........what should i do?????
