Why SHOULDNT marijuana be decriminalized/legalized?

it impairs ones attention and creates a sense of euporia. When they find a roadside test to be given and be able to tell if the person stopped for erratic driving is actually DUI then no, it would just cost lives needlessly. If and when they have the test, then p the bong.
