I was going up the driveway with the trash, and fell! I skid my foot and knee and it REALLY hurts! HELP?!?!?!?

I had the trash can and i stared running up and i accidentally thrust it foreword and i fell onto the ground and skid my knee and foot! the pain is killing me! what can i do???
