I recieve quite a bit of e-mail about earning money processing rebates. Are these online business legit?

It is definitely a scam! I paid $197 and never received what was promised. I should have checked Angela Penbrook out before making a step like that but I am a single mother and have been trying to find a way to work from home. I called one time and received an operator who stated that someone was going to all me within 24 hours but it never came. Thank goodness I am receiving other sources of income and was able to make the money back elsewhere. These scam artists need to be caught and convicted of fraud.
