Colleges in india...especially hyderabad?

is there any website like collegeboard.com were i can search colleges in India??...please let me knw...... and i want some feedback about going to college in India if i have never been there..(i was born there but came here wen i was 2...never been back since....all my life that i can remeber been living in NY) so i wnat to knw if it will be more difficult for me..wat do u think i should do.... and also i want to study medicine to become a Pediatrician....anyhelp would be great THANX TO ALL IN ADVANCE!!!
