My Doberman puppy (7 weeks) is eating small pebbles from our garden.?

Puppies tend to eat just about anything. So you have to be very careful as this is potentially life threatening. I couldnt give my puppy any toys, dog beds, or really access to anything while I was away because she would tear them up and swallow them. I would find her vomiting many strange and diffrent objects. It can be really scarry. But eventually they grow out of it as they get older. The best thing to do is to keep her away from the rocks. I would go to the hardware store and get that 3 foot wire fencing/chicken wire and some metal stakes. You can pound them into the dirt and attach the fencing. It is temporary and doesnt cause any damage. I had some friends who did this to keep dogs out of part of the yard they were destroying. And I would just observe her for the next few days and see if she is eating and pooping fine. It wouln't hurt to call the vet and ask too.
