Besides the Great Reagan Man, Who else is a top 5 President?

If we're to accept Reagan as being on the list, which is not totally unreasonable, I'd fill it out with Washington and Lincoln, as you did, and then with FDR, who led us out of the Great Depression and through WWII, and Clinton, who kept us largely at peace and undid decades of fiscal irresponsibility to hand us a balanced budget and a national debt being paid down (until those Bush tax cuts).
