2000 grand caravan transmission NO BUS SIGNAL ?

It went into limp mode, so I read the code. NO BUS SIGNAL. Replaced TCM but when I start it , there are no indicator lights illuminated until I put it in gear, then they ALL light up and it still won't shift. DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING that can help me?
