Sry if this is weird?

this guy and i r going 2 the movies and well this will b the first time that we would b hanging out like one on one..weve been at parties and stuff and hes hung out with me but reall the first time where we'll b alone and stuff..he txts/call/ims me every night and flirts and says how special i am so thats y i think that he likes me but any way when we were at the party he did put his arm around me and he held my hand to show me this hand thing (but then he held onto it for a lil while longer... :) but anyways so iv never kissed anyone b4 and he nos that and last yr he said good things take time and it didnt phase him wen i said that i hadnt kissed anyone b4. Do u think that 1) he might ask me out...how do guys do that? and 2) do u think that he might kiss me ..how do i do that or react to that? Just advice in general about first dates (although weve known each other for over a yr) and kissing and just everything.....thanks a lot :)
