ok soo like 2 years ago i did lacrosse in school and i was in shape but i didnt do it again bcuz my mom didnt aloud me(dont ask y) anyways now im rlly fat im 14 5ft and im fat i mean i dont have a big belly but i am rlly wide like from my backk i rlly want too loose weight please help me wut exericses can i do other then running or walkin and whats a good diet tht i can falloww plee give me detail and helpp me pleasee i rlly need ur help!
