I need help with a costume idea!?

I go to a catholic high school and i don't wanna spend money on my costume because i wont be wearing it at night or anything cause im not going trick or treating as much as i wish i could.. so i was thinking of being a big baby and wearing pj pants carrying a small pillow and a teddy bear and wearing slippers. people told me that it wasn't creative but i want it to be cute.. HELP!
