I am extremely allergic to cigarette smoke, even when it is on peoples clothes, what can I do?

I don't want to wear a mask all the time. But when I am around the smoke it's self or get a whiff on someone's clothes I get a sinus infection and usually bronchitis. Does anyone know of anything I can take to prevent this?
