HOWWW CAN I MAKE MY HAIR GROWW??????

I want my hair to grow really long . Its now July 14 and it want it long before school starts again , it feels like my hair hasnt grow any since last month . Before summer started i got it cut and dyed so over summer it would get blonder and longer for school but it doesnt seem to grow :( i do everything i can to protect it and keep it heathy why wont it grow. I have dyed it 3 times before but the hairdresser said it was healthy , i use heat protection when i falt iron it and its summer so i barley straighten it what should i do to help it grow?!?!?!? PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!
