How Do I Get Rid Of A Headache That Won't Go Away?

Alright, on Thursday of this month, December 27th, I was sledding with a friend. I saw not that there was a ditch at the bottom of the hill until it was too late. I desperately attempted to avoid the ditch and failed. My sled hit the ditch head-on, and I went flying. I landed on my posterior end, and my head felt horrible. The pain, I thought, would go away after a couple Ibuprofen pills, but alas, it did not cease to pound with pain. The headache hasn't gone away yet, and the pain still lingers. I found that it hurts especially when I wake up, but perhaps that is because I haven't had Ibuprofen in 10 hours. The pain is also apparent in my ear, and surrounding the entire right hemisphere of my cranium. It is mostly focused on my forehead and ear. I am in desperate need of suggestions upon what I should do.
