Am I mean?

I have an older couple who live close to me and they have their graddaughter her husband and her 6 year old living with them. I have always felt sorry for them because they are extreamly poor. They are constantly borrowing money. The thing is I'm getting tired of it. I know that the granddaughter and her husband are doing drugs (was told by the child one day while he was outside playing that he didn't want to go home because his mommy was mad at his daddy because he had meth without her) A child this young souldn't know about this!! The "parents" of the child were reported and they are going to rehab but.. I do know that its still going on. I refused to give them money the other day because I know where its going to go, but I feel horrible for not giving them money! What if they needed it for food? They send the chold to ask for money to make it harder to say no. When I did tell him no they sent him back 5 times asking for different things. first was $20 then$10 and so on....
